Global Shortcuts to Commonly Used APIs

$addHandler Shortcut Method	Provides a shortcut to the Sys.UI.DomEvent.addHandler method, which adds a DOM event handler to the DOM element that exposes the event.
$addHandlers Shortcut Method	Provides a shortcut to the Sys.UI.DomEvent addHandlers method, which adds a list of DOM event handlers to the DOM element that exposes the events.
$clearHandlers Shortcut Method	Provides a shortcut to the Sys.UI.DomEvent clearHandlers method, which removes all DOM event handlers from a DOM element that were added through the Sys.UI.DomEvent addHandler or the Sys.UI.DomEvent addHandlers methods.
